Tá aighneachtaí maidir le hullmhú na dréachtscéime á lorg
ag Iascach Intíre Éireann anois ó aon pháirtithe leasmhara.

Faisnéis maidir leis an sainordú agus an ról / seirbhísí a
chuireann Iascaigh Intíre Éireann ar fáil don phobal ar fáil
Is é an dáta is déanaí chun d’aighneachtaí a fháil ar
Dé Céadaoin, an 6 Iúil 2022.
Tabhair faoi deara, le do thoil:
- Cuirfear gach duine a bheidh ag glacadh páirt i gcomhairliúchán IIÉ ar an eolas faoin doiciméad deiridh a thiocfaidh as an bpróiseas comhairliúcháin.
- Foilseofar ainmneacha na bhfreagróirí agus a n-aighneachtaí ar líonra gréasáin IIÉ ag deireadh gach próisis comhairliúcháin (i.e. nuair a fhoilseofar an doiciméad a thiocfaidh as an gcomhairliúchán). Déanfar faisnéis bhreise ar bith a bhaineann le duine nádúrtha aitheanta nó inaitheanta (‘Sonraí pearsanta’ mar a shainítear in Airteagal 4 den RGCS) a fholú sula bhfoilseofar í ar shuíomh gréasáin IIÉ.
- Tá IIÉ faoi réir fhorálacha an Achta um Shaoráil Faisnéise 2014 agus mar sin ní mór dó aon iarratas a chuirfear faoina bhráid faoin Acht sin a bhreithniú. Soláthróidh IIÉ comhairle mar seo a leanas: ‘Má mheasann tú go mbeadh aon chuid de d’aighneacht faoi réir aon cheann de na heisiaimh reachtúla faoin Acht sin, cuir é sin in iúl i d’aighneacht, agus sonraigh cé acu díolúine a gceapann tú gur cheart an t-ábhar a fhágáil amach aisti’.
- Bailítear, próiseáiltear agus coinnítear na sonraí pearsanta go léir a fhéadfaidh Iascach Intíre Éireann (IIÉ) a úsáid de réir fhorálacha Rialachán AE 2016/679 den Rialachán Ginearálta maidir le Cosaint Sonraí (“RGCS”) agus an Achta um Chosaint Sonraí 2018

- PREPARATION OF A DRAFT SCHEME
BY Inland Fisheries Ireland
Inland Fisheries Ireland proposes to draft a scheme in
accordance with Section 11 of the Official Languages Act
2003. The primary objective of the Act is to ensure better
availability and a higher standard of public services through
Irish.
Inland Fisheries Ireland now wishes to invite representations in
relation to the preparation of the draft scheme from any
interested parties. Submissions should be addressed to: gaeilge@fisheriesireland.ie.
Alternatively, they may be posted to:

The latest date for receipt of representations is Wednesday, 6th of July 2022.
Kindly note that:
- Everyone who takes part in an IFI consultation will be notified of the final document emerging from the consultation process.
- The names of respondents and their submissions will be published on IFI’s website at the end of each consultation process (i.e. at the time the document arising from the consultation is published). Any further information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘Personal data ‘as defined under Article 4 of GDPR) will be redacted prior to publication on the IFI website.
- IFI is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014 and therefore has to consider any request made to it under that Act. IFI will provide advice as follows: ‘If you consider that any part of your submission would be subject to any of the statutory exclusions under that Act please so indicate in your submission, specifying under which exemption you believe the content should be excluded’.
