Seasonal Fisheries Assistants
Inland Fisheries Ireland carries out applied fisheries research to assess the conservation status of Ireland's fish species, to monitor fisheries stocks in inland and coastal waters and to explore environmental issues that have an impact on fish and their habitats.
As a Seasonal Fisheries Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team of scientists and researchers, assisting with the collection, ordering, and analysis of relevant biological and physical data in the aquatic environment.
The scope of your role will vary depending on the nature of the research project that you are assigned to.
