Stage II (i) Design - Hydrology and hydraulic engineering studies.

The consultant will undertake hydrological studies, develop hydraulic models, and prepare the necessary documentation to obtain OPW consent, including the Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) and an analysis of the model’s impact on culvert capacity. Upon completion of these tasks, the mitigation option selection process will be finalized.

It is anticipated that the Planning Application will be submitted in Q2 2026.
