Bridging Loans for Angling Clubs

Clann Credo is a social investment fund that provides affordable loan finance to community, voluntary and charitable organisations, community businesses and social enterprises throughout Ireland and abroad. They can offer affordable loan finance including bridging loans against grant income or other funding which may be useful to angling clubs seeking Salmon and Sea Trout Rehabilitation, Conservation and Protection Funding or other funding. The minimum loan considered is  normally €10,000 and loans up to €500,000 can be considered. Loans are generally granted for a period of up to seven years, but longer repayment periods (up to 15 years) may be considered.

Other types of finance packages they offer include:

  • finance for property purchase, construction or refurbishment
  • working capital loans
  • matching funding loans

    loans to purchase equipment and vehicles

To apply for a loan there are no long generic application forms. Instead each application is discussed with the applicant in person or over the phone.
